Vitamin C Importance in Our Body

Hello Edmarkers!

Summer is on and it sooo very hot outside, it is actually advisable to stay inside the house if you have nothing special or important things to do outside. In such condition, we need to take good care of our body and make sure to make it strong by taking lots of water, good diet exercise and taking your vitamins.

I will talk about one of the most important vitamins that will make our body be protected from sickness with this changing weather in our country. Vitamin C! 

Do you know the Role of  Vitamin C in our Body? Vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, is necessary for the growth, development and repair of all body tissues. It's involved in many body functions, including formation of collagen, absorption of iron, the immune system, wound healing, and the maintenance of cartilage, bones, and teeth.
